We understand that sometimes it would be much easier to only have one contact to get all of your questions answered. That is the reason we are now offering a new support service to include units that are manufactured by PEEK, JAMAR, ITC, METROCOUNT, TIMEMARK. Our staff has many units in stock that we have studied to provide support to customers when they need it. As always, our service is free and with our experienced technicians we will do our best to solve your problems without any sales pressure. The following is a list of units that we have tested and have experience with. Even if your unit is not listed here you can contact us and we will still do our best to help you out!

Non Diamond Repair:
Many of our customers have requested that we look at repairing units that we do not manufacture. Our repair department can troubleshoot and repair the following units. Some of these units are no longer covered by other manufacturer and we understand that having them repaired is the best option instead of buying new stock. Please contact us to see if we can service your unit. We will try to offer you a fair evaluation without up selling you a unit that you do not want.
