Model 1111 Calibrator
The 1111 Calibrator generates air pulses to simulate vehicles in six precise traffic patterns. The output amplitude of the air pulse is adjustable so you can test the threshold of your air switches to ensure they are not losing sensitivity. The Calibrator has a two line display that indicates FHWA vehicle class, speed, and total counts.
Model 1110 Hose Tester
The 1110 Air Hose Tester’s purpose is to verify good air signal strength output from a road tube. After installing a road tube on the road, just insert the nozzle of the tester into the counter end of the tube, push the test button and watch as vehicles cross the tube. The display will blink red, yellow, or green indicating signal strength of air pulses. Red or yellow pulses indicate obstruction, holes, or cuts in the road tube. Green indicates good signal strength.
